Exciting Update and Book Pre-Order Opportunity!
We are back after a few weeks offline. You can now once again support us as a family and at the same time pre-order my book "412 Days."
Things are going really well with the book "412 Days" that I wrote in jail. The editor who worked on the book said it is a very powerful and prophetic book, likening it to a "modern-day Apostle Paul story." A book that will have a major impact on advancing the kingdom.
I am very excited to soon send it to print, hopefully within the next month. However, there have been some attacks, as there always are when God is moving. Our donation page, where people can support us as a family and pre-order the book, suddenly went down a few weeks ago. It happened just as I was sharing more news about the book.
But now it is finally back up. For those of you who have tried to donate, you can now do so. Thank you for your prayers and support. The war is still ongoing on many levels.
You can read more, donate, and pre-order here:
This picture here below is a little taste of a new cover I received this morning. I truly love the cover and will share it as soon as it is ready to be revealed.
I would like to give you a little taste from the book here. Often we take things for granted, like communion. To finally have some disciples I could share this with after being away from the body was so special, as you can read here.
I believe this book will make a difference for many people. Thank you, Jesus.
From Chapter Twelve - Cell Groups
The day after, I shared communion in my cell with three of the strongest disciples who were now born again and on fire for Jesus. Sitting there with three new disciples, sharing communion on the cell floor, was quite special; it is one of the most beautiful communions I’ve ever had. It’s just something unique being in prison with other inmates, seeing the power of God, and the transformation of the Gospel. Then, to share communion and remember what Jesus did on the cross for all of us—it was profound. When we broke the bread, we all cried. It deeply touched us, and people’s lives were even more changed.
Some of the men in my dorm are from a religious background. Some are not. And those who are from a religious experience really don’t know the Bible. When I said, “Let’s go to Matthew 5,” it was interesting to see everyone take the Bible, start in Genesis, and go through all the books to find where Matthew is in the Bible. They knew very little, even though many had been in church for years.
Enoch said a few days later, “Torben, I’m 26. I have been in church my whole life but have learned more this week than in those twenty-six years. I’m seeing now how the church is sleeping. I have heard and seen things I have never heard or seen before this week.”
God was transforming lives in my dorm, and he was just one of them. Baptisms and deliverance began happening one after another. After someone met God, I gathered all the people in the dorm afterward and let the person who had just met God share his testimony. We did that several times a week. It was shaking the dorm up spiritually.
