Asylum denied

Torben’s asylum request was denied in a ruling full of factual errors.

Torben’s attorneys immediately filed an appeal.

The closed WebEx hearing was conducted digitally. Shockingly, some hackers illegally gained access to the hearing where they illegally recorded the session and published an edited version of it on YouTube.

A frame grab of this video was also used in a Danish tabloid newspaper, Ekstrabladet.
