Franck
The Last Reformation hosted a weekend ministry event in Hannover, Germany. A French man by the name of Franck showed up to the event and intimidated one of the female participants, who was his ex-girlfriend. The female was a beloved student of the Bible school who had a powerful testimony of being freed from bondage and sin through the miracle of God’s grace and mercy.
Stalking
According to the female student, Franck who was 20 years older than her, had met her before she found Jesus when she made a living as a sex-worker in a massage parlor. Franck became infatuated with her and began to travel from out of the country to see her on a regular basis. Her and Franck ‘dated’ for several years until she found out he was married and had teenage children back home in France. At that point she ended the relationship, but he refused to accept the separation and proceeded to harass and stalk her.
She shared that, “Franck would text me every 3 hours. When I broke up with him, he went crazy. He did everything in his power to find out where I was. If I moved to a new address, there would be flowers sent to that address. If I changed email addresses or phone numbers, he would find out.” She said that the stalking went on for several years and that she was living in a great deal of fear.
It was during this time that she had an encounter with God. She gave her life to Christ at one of Torben’s events and began to be discipled by The Last Reformation ministry. According to the woman, it was at this point that Franck became convinced that the woman’s conviction to not take him back was all Torben’s fault. He accused Torben of brain washing the woman and alleged that TLR was a dangerous cult. In one email he wrote to her, “I was ‘the most important person in your life’ until you found another interest [Christianity]and didn't need me anymore.”
Obsession to destroy Torben and The Last Reformation
Based on information found, it is believed Franck then started to focus significant time and resources on what appears to be an obsession with destroying Torben Sondergaard and his ministry The Last Reformation. In one communication to his ex-girlfriend, he wrote, “I, myself, contacted the European police...I took the opportunity to inform them about the situation of TLR and Torben.” As a result, the various interministerial organizations in France, Switzerland, Germany and of course Denmark started to take a very close interest in Torben and put TLR on the list of dangerous cults.
When he came to France, Torben was under surveillance by the intelligence service. In fact, the French police came to the TLR event in Paris and threatened to shut it down without reason. This was all captured on video.
Torben’s attorneys are in possession of information suggesting (though not confirming with certainty) that Franck personally financed the production of the false documentary against Torben that aired on Danish national TV, ‘Gods Best Children’, that led to Torben having to flee to the United States. In fact, Franck appears in the documentary as one of the main people interviewed about Torben. There, on national TV in Denmark, he was able to tell lies all targeted to defame Torben and the Last Reformation. Franck’s ex-girlfriend describes him as “anti-Christian.”
Intimidations
Alleged relation with criminal organization
Several people did not want to cooperate in the defence of Torben because of Franck. They expressed their fear of Franck. In the following recording from a deposition of Youtuber Paul May, Paul shares that Franck has ties with the Russian mafia.
